【摘要】:Thisstandardspecifiesthesafetyrequirementsforthedesignandmanufactureofpre-formedrigidcontainerpackagingmachineryandtheinformationthatshouldbemadeavailabletotheuserofthesemachines.Allthesignificanthazards(seeclause4)arisingfromthemachinesincludedinthispartofthestandardarecoveredexceptforhazardsassociatedwithancillaryequipmentforevacuatinggases,cooling/refrigerationequipmentassociatedwithpackagingmachines,steamservicessupplyingpackagingmachines,substancesbeingfilled(seeAnnexCforguidance),hygieneprinciples(seeAnnexDforguidance)andsubstancesforcleaning/sterilizing(seeAnnexEforguidance).Thefollowingmachinesareincluded:-Fillingmachines(otherthancask,kegandbarrelfillingmachines)-Capping,closingandsealing/seamingmachines-Containercleaningmachines(otherthancask,kegandbarrelcleaningmachines)-In-lineandrotaryrinsingandaircleaningmachines-Labelling,decorating,codingandmarkingmachines-Decapping/unscrewingmachines-Inspectionandejectionmachines-Machinesthatapplywiringtosecurestoppersinbottles-Machineswhichrinse,inspect,fill,sealandlabelcontainers-Kegandcaskturning,pushing,cleaningandfillingmachines(butnotmulti-laneplants)-Packing,unpackingandunscramblingmachines-Unpressurizedpasteurizersandback-coolingmachines-VerticalandhorizontalsterilizingmachinesForinformation,schematicdrawingsshowingtypicalcombinationsofrigidcontainerpackagingmachinesforbeveragesareincluded(seeFigures1,2and3).Thefollowingmachinesarenotincluded:-Aerosolfillingandsealing-Multi-lanekeggingplants-Conveyorsystemswhichlinkpackagingmachines(thesearedealtwithbyprEN617,prEN618,prEN619,prEN620andprEN741)Beforethisstandardisusedahazardidentificationandriskassessmentshallbecarriedouttocheckthatthehazardsforthemachinetobedesignedarethesameasthoseidentifiedinthisstandard.Thisstandardappliestomachineswhicharemanufacturedafterthedateofissueofthisstandard.
